Michael is a well –qualified commercial real estate executive with over 20 years of experience negotiating transactions as a developer, investor, broker, landlord and tenant Michael has also been a partner in a very successful Nationwide Insurance Agency in the DFW market providing personal and commercial insurance for over 15 years. Recognized for creative deal structuring and handling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Expert negotiating qualifications – creatively negotiated and closed complex transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars with clients such as Target, Kohl’s, Safeway, Eckerd, and CNL. Managed more than $35 million in commercial development projects, primarily Class A retail centers. Michael has also has brokered and sold many large office and retail assets in the $20 million dollar range.
